tl;dr: even in craziness, this team is the best � In a packed house, on a Saturday at 2 in the afternoon, I watched a woman lose her mind because she had a wedding to be at in '2.5 hours' (later changed to 4.5 when she called CS) but couldn't get in because the woman she booked her appointment with had quit some time ago. My stylist Valerie is AWESOME!!!! Yesterday was the second time that she cut my hair and I was very pleased!!! She gave me the exact cut that I wanted and blow dried it perfectly. I will definitely go back again!!
