tl;dr: even in craziness, this team is the best � In a packed house, on a Saturday at 2 in the afternoon, I watched a woman lose her mind because she had a wedding to be at in '2.5 hours' (later changed to 4.5 when she called CS) but couldn't get in because the woman she booked her appointment with had quit some time ago.
