I had a rough experience today (but have also had great experiences here before.) The first picture is what I asked for, and the second is what I left with. Also including pictures of what I didn’t ask for; greasy parts of hair and dye on my arm and neck. I do admit my eyes were closed for 98% of my appointment, but I’m a tired mom. Moral of the story- keep your eyes open! I paid $200 for this service.

Sara is the only one that cuts my grandson. She is always so patient with him! He is kinda clingy, so for him to like someone is a really big deal. Even though he's not quite 3, she talks to him, not at him.
