I love how Mel did my hair how she walked me step thru step by step how she was going to cut my hair double checking with me before she started cutting my hair and making sure I was ok. Going to having hair to my mid back to above my shoulders is very stressful but Mel walked me thru it and helped me cope with it. Mel is Amazing!!!! laurie is perfect! goes above and beyond a great haircut! I drive from Titusville and it's worth it!
Let me put it this way. I will never go back to this shop or give this stylist another shot and butchering my hair. As soon as I walked in and realized it was the same stylist who had to be replaced by the manager back in November I should have turned around and left. But no I have to ask if she has gotten better and thought if she is still here then maybe she had. WRONG. But because she said she cried last time after I left I decided to just keep my mouth shut but I will not go back nor recommend this place to anyone.
So I went in for a special they were having and the lady asked me how I wanted it cut showed her a picture and told her I need a lot of layers. She put something in my hair and it is so greasy. They did offer to wash out but there were other people who had been waiting a long time. And my haircut was no were near the picture. NEVER AGAIN

We took our granddaughter for her first haircut and they were great! She wasn't scared and they did a terrific job. She got a certificate with a lock of her hair attached. Very happy every time I go there. Ty ladies!
