I had a 4:00pm appointment. I walked in the door at 4:06pm I was late due to the rain. Which I don’t blame them for. However, the lady at the desk said my appointment was at 3:55pm. And since I was over 10 minutes late she took the next person and had already started. I told her I received a text that even said the appt was at 4:00pm. She said since they are by appt only then she couldn’t take me.. I’m very disappointed with the mid communication on their end
RecommendedSamantha did an awesome job on my hair. I cut about 10 inches off. Got right in and was even early for my appointment. Will definitely be going back!

Had a 1:15 appointment with Jennifer Jones. Walked out at 2:00. Never even acknowledged me. They lost a customer.
Short version: Leslie did an amazing job cutting my curly hair. I saw them working with kids as well and they were soooo patient and kind! Long version: I had a horrible experience with a hairstylist when I was around 8. She cut my hair straight across just below my chin and it looked like my head was a triangle 😂 When my hair grew back out I kept it long - all throughout Middle, High School and College.
