Rosalind is excellent
Don't bother making an appointment expecting to be taken on time. Had a 12:30 appt with Bunny. Arrived 10 minutes early. When Bunny came out at 12:30. She started on a customer that was sitting at one of the styling spots. When I told her I had a 12:30 appt., she said she was doing a walk-in. A highlighting no less. Could I wait. I walked out. Will not go back again.
