I am incredibly disappointed with the terrible customer service I experienced at this salon today. I scheduled an appointment ONLINE instead of just walking in. The next available for my son’s haircut was at 5:30pm. I received a confirmation email and text. Then about 25 min before the appointment, am incredibly rude “assistant manager” called to tell me that he doesn’t “know how I was able to schedule” but they’re booked. Made an appt but didn’t have enough time to do over book and the customer is shorted done with hair Cuttery they are losing so much business not about the customer any more, sad

I had a rough experience today (but have also had great experiences here before.) The first picture is what I asked for, and the second is what I left with. Also including pictures of what I didn’t ask for; greasy parts of hair and dye on my arm and neck. I do admit my eyes were closed for 98% of my appointment, but I’m a tired mom. Moral of the story- keep your eyes open! I paid $200 for this service.
