The moment I called I knew this was the place for me! extremely knowledgeable and friendly. HEATHER!! Took my hair from a zero to a 10. I had horrible dry mousy mousy brown brassy hair and then Heather happened!! She was always very accommodating and patient. She knew exactly what to do with my hair! Worst customer service ever. Won’t go ever again. The first girl at the right should get a training.
awful! took my daughter there for a haircut and when we got home and her hair finally was dry, her hair was way shorter than she asked for it to be - asked for shoulder length got chin and its choppy and uneven. And the "layers" she asked for are all choppy the back has a shelf and then longer hair underneath. without cutting her hair even shorter there is no way to fix it. So now we wait for it to grow out ggrrr. she has been in tears all afternoon.
Linda Smith is by far the best stylist I have ever had in my life. She took my hair from disaster to a fabulous cut. Please request her if you need someone who works with what you have and what you want. It’s hard to find a great stylist in Lake County, Fl but not any more. Thanks so much Linda
I had my hair done today a 3hr appointment turned into almost a 5hr one. I said the stylist could do whatever. I showed pics of what I like. It didn't end up looking like any of my photos. It is okay. I'm happy it looks much better than it did but the more I look at it the more I'm a little upset. no shadow root like she said she would do just bleach with orange tint. Had an appointment this past Sunday at 12. It was a 45min appointment max and a simple style for someone who’s been to cosmetology school. She had such a hard time doing the style and seemed very nervous. It took 2 hours all together and she wasn’t able to do the style I asked so she did what she was comfortable with and it still didn’t turn out great.
