The staff is incredible. Anna made my daughter feel like a princess! She is the best their is!!
Stylists didn’t cut my daughters hair to the length requested, it was much shorter. She also didn’t talk to her at all and faced her away from the mirror the whole time so she couldn’t even see how much she was cutting off! My daughter left in tears! We usually have good service at this location so I give it a 2 out of 5 star review.
As a hairstylist myself i really tried to push past my displeasure and I feel terrible about complaining about the cut that I received but honestly it’s the worst cut I’ve had in 30 years. She had no clue how to accomplish the cut and was asking me how to do it the whole time. If she didn’t feel comfortable with the cut I wish she had passed it on to another stylist. Kassie is awesome! I usually always have black or platinum blonde hair, never anywhere in between. Every time I make an appt with her my hair is always black and she seems to get it back platinum blonde in two visits.! Highly recommend Kassie.
