I took my daughter into the location in Pleasant Prairie, WI today for a simple kids cut. There were 2 stylists there who already had clients in the chairs (a mans cut and the other a female getting highlights). I was told there was one other person ahead of me then we'd be next. Great. About 10 minutes go by and the other lady waiting gets up and just walks out. So we're next, yah! 20 more minutes go by and the stylist is STILL cutting this older gentleman's hair. I took my son there for a haircut... Given he's 2 1/2 I had to have his head buzzed afterwards by someone else. The person was very nice but his hair cut was just bad. Shotty job. Not happy at all and very disappointed.

I went in today with a bad box dye job. They fixed it beautifully for a good price. Will be going back
