Made the mistake of rushing a haircut I needed on the 4th of July because it was open. Stylists communication was terrible, didn't do what was asked and gave me a haircut she wanted to, not that I wanted. Gave me every reason in the book why she couldn't do what I was asking or questioned even though I've had my hair cut the same way for years now.
