One of the stylist messed up my sisters hair so bad she was in the chair crying. She came in for a TRIM! Now she looks like girl from Die antwood but worse! With my sister in tears the lady had the nerve to ask if she liked it!
Made appointmentstwo hours prior for the boys for after school. 4 p and 415. We were here on time and noticed the three stylists working on other patrons. Other guests walk in and are serviced before us. Waiting for 45 minutes with two restless boys in a small waiting area = fun
Hair one whole inch longer on the left than on the right. Offered apology and time for future appointment because they were too busy to fix their mistake.
