Ms. LA can do sine great cuts!
Been coming here since 2006. Today I come in and all of a sudden almost the ENTIRE staff has changed. I used to recognize everyone here. Today I only recognize 2 out if 6 people. Something happened...

Positive: good customer service, you are quickly seen. Negative: Gee Gee 4 eyebrow waxing- extremely rough, wax to dried before putting the strip on and pinched skin multiple times with the tweezers.
Even though the website says the close at 8 on Sunday, they really close at 6.

Former employee came in after me, and got a trim before me....that tells me they care about Mary more than me.
