I was in this location today with my mother.She was told that someone would be with her in a moment and then that same woman just walked away from the front. About 3-5 minutes later another stylist came up to cash out another client but never acknowledged us before walking away.I told my mother that it was time to go because apparently they didn't want her money.This is the second time that this has happened to her in the same location.Please train the staff to acknowledge people upfront

Hair cuttery in la plata is the worst service I have ever had in my lifetime. Unprofessional and wait for it..... this girl claimed she had to ask her manager to do my hair because it’s darker was her excuse? Or was it because when I took my hair out you realized it was thicker and that you didn’t want to do the work. Who ever that Kae girl was in there, I recommend no one to see her.
