Id first like to say I love this store they have great products , Second, the women that was helping me was wonderful! Her name was Ashley, she was very kind and helpful. I went in just looking for a simple shampoo, she showed me all types and the best for my hair type. Now my hair is beautiful, its never looked this good. Thank you Ashley! Most definitely will go back and pass the word of my wonderful experience.
Hair cosmopolitan has the best sales they have a buy one and get one 40 percent off sale :) and also a VIP card I get my make up from them as well bare essentuals and Jane iredale
The best beauty supply I have ever been the manager and the assistant manager and there staff are the most nicest people ever I highly recommend people to go to hair cosmopolitan
I agree with the other review. Hair Cosmopolitan does not stand behind their product. I purchased an expensive name brand hairspray. Used it once and the spray stopped working. I took it back to the store, but because it had been used, they would not exchange it or give me a refund. I would never purchase anything there again.
do not buy hair products from this store. unlike the reputable stores such as ulta, target, etc. these people will NOT let you return or exchange if you tell them you have used and was not satisfied. the sales people just standing around doing not much did not have knowledge to inform me the right way. for an example, there is a product for hair scalp stimulator they sell (which is $10 more than what you pay via online stores), was supposed to be used in conjunction of same line shampoo. i did not know so a naive consumer as... read more
