Bad Experience Had a really bad experience with this salon...sent my sister there for highlights and she was turned from blonde to brunette with a horrible haircut. Nothing like what she wanted. She was charged $250 for the "services" and after a complaint to the owner they would only refund $55. The owner was nice, the stylist had a bad attitude. My sister was very upset as her hair does not grow back fast at all and this will take a year for her to fully correct. Sad!
First Class Colour! Carole Lucio is a magician with hair colour...and at figuring out what will look good on each client. When I first moved to Dallas, I was shy about highlighting (I'm from the midwest). Carole gently convinced me to try some light copper highlights in my dark copper hair...and I couldn't be happier. Tip for businesswomen: Carole's is a great place to network, too!
Wonderful Hair Colorist!!! Carol is an amazing women, she listens to how you want your hair not what she thinks needs to be done to it, unless you request it. I have been going there for about 5 years now and I have always left very satisfied. I purchased a coupon and I have been there ever since. Thank you Carol for never letting me down on covering up my natural high lights. :)
Wonderful Carole is very knowledgeable, very consistent, and very sweet. I never go in wondering if I will like the result. She has been doing my hair for 3 years. I have no regrets!!!
Wonderful! My girlfriend 1st went to this place and told me about how wonderful it was, so after receiving a coupon I decided to try it out. I was really impressed by the courteous staff and the haircut itself. Now I have cool highlights that will definitely score me some attention. I recommend this place to all my friends.
This s a great place and Carol is the finest colorist in the Metroplex And..she does an amazing haircut. Carol has a fantastic personality as well so it is a blast going there. She also has other fun clients whom I have met. Offers complimetary beverages.
A Classy Pampering Place! I had received a coupon from the Carol Lucio, Hair Colour for the World that was worth forty dollars which bought me a thirty minute massage, haircute and shampoo, 30 minute facial, and a manicure and mini pedicure. This place struck me as very classy as the polite staff immediately offered me a choice of chardonnay, wine, beer, coke, sprite, and other beverages.
