The older lady is extremely rude and needs a class on customer service. Literally acted like it was an inconvenience to help me in anyway. I’ll definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

I have bought quite a few items for this store and if I bought too much, I always brought it back and always exchanged it for something else. Never once asking for my money back. Today I purchased a 360 wig. I put it on in the store but really couldn't tell how it was actually gonna fit. They had a great variety to choose from. The woman who helped me named Willie was wonderful. It was my first time trying on wigs and she really worked with me. My issue was with the manager who was very rude to me and would only let me try on 4 wigs. I was ready to buy at least 3 but as someone new it takes time and the manager wouldn’t even let me try on different styles. She told the lady helping me there are other customers. I will not go back and will definitely tell others of my experience.
