Absolutely loved my experience with Sherome from beginning to end! Back in August was my first time getting my hair done by her and I’m really glad I found her. Not only did my hair come out exactly how I wanted it for my vacation(gorgeous!), she provided amazing service through her kindness, communication, and attentiveness to my needs. Amazing experience. You truly get the whole experience!
Sherome is unprofessional. She ran late to our scheduled appointments, she was always answering her phone (child calling complaining they’re hungry or asking when she’s leaving), and she works extremely slow. On more than one occasion she would switch the price. She would tell me one price while I’m sitting in the chair and switch it to a higher price once she completed my hair. Great customer service. The salon is very clean and it’s a great vibe. I went in for a full head of color and highlights, Sherome was very welcoming, kind and fast. She asked a lot of questions to make sure we were both on the same page about what I wanted. My hair came out very cute. I will definitely be back.
I schedule an appointment a week in advance. Pay the $25 deposit. She contacted my roommate to see if I could show up early. When I contacted her to see if rescheduling was a possibility, she said she would get back to me and she did not. She failed to show up for my roommates appointment Stating she got the both of us confused. She then contacted me stating that I would lose my deposit for canceling, and if I wanted to reschedule, I would need to pay for half of the service in advance.
