Got a groupon for hair by Zuzu. For root touch up and haircut. Have been before but was four years ago. Zuzu got upset because I had purchased a group four years ago and said it's only one per customer. She complained to me that she was losing money and then complained my roots were 3 inches not 1 inch. She just went off on me. I got really upset because I was not expecting that. I've been going to Hair by Zuzu for almost 4 years now, and I absolutely love how she does my highlights and lowlights! Zuzu is very sweet and kind, always welcoming clients with a warm and friendly attitude. I highly recommend her for anyone looking hair services in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Absolutely horrible my hair looks like anything was barely done to it huge waste of time and money did not highlight my hair when I said I wasn’t happy about it she argued with me till I shut up. Horrible experience would never go again

Zuzu is the hair doctor! I've been seeing her since 2019 and my hair hasn't looked this good and healthy in yeaaaars. She's done all over color, highlights and lowlights, organic keratin, oil treatments and it's all fabulous. I have sensitive skin but never had reactions to anything. She curls it and the style lasts until I wash it 7+ days later. I always get compliments! The salon itself is always clean and everyone is nice.
