I called and asked ahead of time if they cut bangs which they had said yes. I showed up to my appointment and showed multiple images inspiration and explained to her I already had bangs, just to clean them up. I had curtain side bangs. It was one of the worst haircuts I have ever had in my life. I had to go to another salon afterwards in North Park to get some sort of saving to my hair, they did the best they could but even they couldn't fix what horrible job this place did.
