Wasn’t going to post, but it keeps replaying in my head, so here I am. I walked into a salon to ask if she did silk press and how much she charged. I was quoted $80. A couple of days later, I came back for the appointment and was told $85—cool, no problem. I gave her my card and went to grab my coat. When I came back, she said it was an extra $10 for detangling. Mixes relaxer into your hair when you’re not looking. Cuts your hair without asking you if you’re ok with a cut/trim. Very invasive lady. I used to go there and haven’t been back in 4 yrs. Horrible shady business . Goodbye !

The worst experience of my life. I left out of there looking a mess. She lied that she had the color that I wanted. After bleaching my hair she said that she will leave it as that and can be considered a color. I am sitting in the chair puzzled by her response and knew that bleach is not considered color. She made me go to a store and buy the color that she lied about having. When talking to her you would not expect her to lie in your face and sounds like a sweet lady but don’t let that fool you.
