I had thick solid black hair with some previous coloring. Annie got it to the shade of gray I wanted with two bleaches. Their little face masks to protect the eyes from water and chemicals is ingeneous. They are very sweet and accommodating. The price is on par with any other hairstylist in LA for a double bleach, coloring and haircut. I will definitely come back for touch ups and any other work.
