Masa is the best! He has been cutting my hair for over a year, and he has also been doing my wife’s hair treatments and haircuts. Aside from always looking great afterward, my favorite part about his salon is that it feels like his own little oasis. It is so peaceful when you walk in - relaxing visuals on the TV, soft music playing, and a very clean, calming atmosphere. He also has a heated chair when he washes your hair. Okay, I came to Masa to fix a haircut disaster (heavy choppy bangs, uneven lengths) and somehow left feeling lighter than I had in weeks. He works like he's painting...quick, sure hands, every snip just right, a little bit magical. He spent 4–5 years training in Japan plus an apprenticeship, and honestly? You can tell. It's my first time having my hair cut by a professional and I enjoyed the experience so much! I entered feeling lost about how to ask for a haircut, but Masa was able to articulate my vision flawlessly. He listened to my interest in adding layers and thinning out the amount of hair. In the end, he created a look that is perfect for my hair texture. The room is also full of tiny trinkets and feels very cozy. The results are so stunning and I left feeling the prettiest I have in a long time. I highly recommend visiting him!!
