Today is Sunday, I haven’t gotten a text back since TUESDAY, last thing she said was send me pictures of your hair and I’ll give you my prices and availability, I sent them Wednesday morning and have heard NOT A THING BACK. I work in customer service and this is some of the crapiest communication I have seem from a business! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you want to wait a week to get a response back about booking, whereas all other nearby studios have gotten back to me the same day I message them!
Marla is a true master! She made my ugly hair beautiful. I needed a color correction and I’m so happy with everything she did. Best cut ever!
