Lee has been my hairdresser for almost 11 years now. I have followed him to four different salons over the years because I will NOT let anyone else cut/style my hair. He's the best! He has given me several different cuts, color/highlights, perms.... and I have never been unhappy with the end result. I have grown my hair for donation twice and he always makes it a pleasurable experience.

Lee began cutting my hair about 10 years ago when I stumbled upon him at his location on SR 220. I was tired of jumpng from hairstylist to hairstylist. I was tired of asking for a certain cut or trim and walking out with my hair not the way and shorter than I wanted. So, I must say, once is all it took for me to return to Lee a second time. I have been going to Lee for the past two years and have never been disappointed. Hair is a big deal to me and it is always hard to find a new hair stylist when you move. I saw this women with her son at a park one day and I loved how natural her highlights looked. I asked her where she gets her hair done and I've been going to see Lee ever since. I enjoy visiting this salon every 5 weeks. Lee is professional, retired Navy, and a grandfather. The salon is clean and attractive, very peaceful. My hair color is just right for me. Lee is known about town as the guy who is always volunteering, a community service kind of guy. Barbara is also available at Lee's. She's a peach! If you enjoy being pampered in serenity, or a monthly chat with an outgoing lady, this is your spot in Orange Park.

I tried many hairdressers in the Orange Park and Jacksonville area, and it was like I found a treasure when I discovered Lee. He has cut and colored my hair for many years, and I have always been extremely happy with his expertise. Lee listens to his clients wishes.If I want to change my hairstyle, either I bring in a picture or Lee will suggest a haircut that flatters my facial features and works with my hair texture. Everything the other reviewers have said is true. Lee is a great stylist, willing to work with you, even when you don't quite know what you want. I've been able to do Locks of Love donations a few times with him, which is always fun. And he is being VERY patient with me as I try to figure out what to do with my hair now that it has thinned significantly. I always receive compliments on my hair after he has gotten ahold of it. =)

After growing my hair for 10 years, yes, 10 years, I finally found the courage to cut and donate it. Lee Goodnight, by Hair by Lee was highly recommended by another hair stylist. Not only is he a FANTASTIC stylist, but he does his work with heart. He works closely with Locks of Love, and even holds his own event for hair donation every year. When I moved to Orange Park, I hated the fact that I had to find a new hairdresser. I popped into several local establishments to gather information and impressions, and quickly decided on Hair By Lee because there were no suffocating fumes of any kind, and Lee Goodnight was so friendly.
