I have been going to Kassi for 6 years. I come in with photos and Kassi talks me through what I see and what she sees and ensures that I understand what is possible and what is not in one session. She is communicative and very responsive when booking appointments. Kassi gives great guidance and tips on how to style your hair on your own and I love that she is realistic and honest!
I booked with Kassi because of the connivence of location. She first came 4 minutes late to my appointment and did not even address it or apologize. I felt like the whole appointment she was rushing through my haircut. I paid and the next day I straightened my hair (she had curled it) when I noticed how choppy and uneven it was (see pictures).
