First impressions - the shop is attractive, clean, organized and friendly! I have such difficult hair that I have had stylists refuse to cut it. For my first experience at Hair by Hughes, I scheduled a wash and style first (to introduce my hair) and then a cut a week later. After listening to my "hair whine," Stephanie did a great job styling my hair. For that second appointment to cut my hair, she was prepared with pictures and a plan.
