He made me feel comfortable the entire appointment and really took the time to explain each step of the process, especially since it was my first time getting a silk press. My experience with Hair by Harris was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I received a sew-in that is incredibly smooth, silky, lightweight, and still full of beautiful body.
