Was told my reschedule not only didn’t go through, currently in a tough spot financially, but also couldn’t be refunded. I put in my rescheduled date days ago but I guess it didn’t go through. I begged for a refund but was denied and all I was told is I have bills to pay. Tried getting the full amount waived but was granted only half.
