am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. Prior to my colour appointment, I had already paid approximately $150 treatment and blowout in preparation for achieving a colour closer to my natural hair. I was told that getting my hair close to its natural colour could be possible, but the final result turned out much more copper than the light brown I was expecting.
