I've been going to Jhade for years. She is great! Consistently appropriate noise level for a salon environment.
Good work by JAMILA MILLER. She has been great the 3 visits I've had with her. :) Horrible customer service by Owner David. He asked me not to return because I gave a feedback to ask him to address the noise one of his stylist named Jhade Castillo makes at the salon while having conversations with her clients she is loud and not courteous to her environment around. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional handling of the situation by the Owner. Sad to know, they rather loose ongoing business than correct the matter internally... read more
I’ve been going to Hair by David and Co for a few years now. Jhade Castillo has been my stylist for the last 5+ years. The team is extremely kind, accommodating, and well-versed in their art. All my experiences have been nonetheless than exceptional! The team creates such a warm and welcoming space, and truly takes the time to curate a look tailored to your desire. I’d highly recommend them; one of the best salons in Toronto!! 🫶
