Utterly unprofessional to cancel an appointment booked 2 weeks in advanced, with less that 2 hour notice. Their own cancellation policy: "No shows will be charged the full service. Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance or you will automatically be charged a Cancellation fee which is 50% of the appointment." ...... But they dont follow it.

Jamila was wonderful! She was fast with the cut and overall appointment, but still took the time to talk to me about my current routine and gave me helpful advice on caring for my hair without trying to upsell me any products. She was also super gentle during the wash and shampoo, and overall just a joy to have working on my hair. I felt like I was in good hands and would definitely recommend her services.

Type 4 hair ladies, you're in safe hands with Jamila. I emphasize safe because sometimes heat styling can feel risky for those of us who regularly wear our curls, especially if you've had damaging experiences in the past. She takes the time to properly prep your hair for each step with top notch products. The blow out alone was incredibly flowy and straight, and the press was the silkiest my hair has ever been.
