LA's Best Hair Salon! – Cesare is a genius! I got the Brazilian blowout because my hair was so damaged--the treatment is the best thing on the market and I would highly recommend it to anyone. My hair is now soft, silky and shiny...truly unbelievable. Cesare is very personable and really cares about giving his clients the most stylish haircuts out there.

Great Hair Salon – This was the first time I had ever been in a hair salon, and Cesare made it a great experience. He was really nice, and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. I went to get a Brazilian Blowout, and I love it. It's been two months and my hair is still soft and manageable. I have really frizzy hair, and I love that my hair doesn't form knots now the way it did before I had the Blowout. I'll definitely be going back!

Excellent hair salon experience – I went to Cesare for a consultation for extensions because I was wanting to discuss options for thinning hair. Cesare was able to see me right away for the consultation and the actual extension process. He listened, gave guidance, and was very optimistic. hair by Cesare – I thought my mom was crazy flying to Pasedena from Nashville to get extensions and color for her hair, until I went with her and had my hair done!!! The lazar he uses to apply the extensions works so much better than the glue and heat method...my last set lasted 8 months!!! thanks Cesare!

Horrible hair dresser, has no idea what he is doing. He ruined my hair and the style was completely different than the picture I showed him, I now have horrible ugly hair. Do you not go to him if you do not want him doing what he thinks looks best.
