I’ve been going to Carmen for my color and cuts for over 15 years now, and I can't imagine going to anyone else! Found Carmen through my daughter while on vacation, I’ve had a hard time finding someone who was able to give me the blonde hair I wanted, Carmen killed it I left feeling amazing and finally had what I wanted, I now travel down from Philadelphia every six weeks!!!
