Best Salon Around! – I'm new to the area & had heard this was a good salon to try. I called to make an appointment for a few weeks out - the receptionist really took her time to ask me about my hair so she could match me with a compatible stylist. Finally I found a place I love! – I have been going to Hair By Bennie & Friends for a little over a year now. Before that I went to whoever could do my hair when I felt the urge...lots of salons...lots of stylists..never stuck with anyone for longer than couple of hair cuts. WORST HAIR CUT EVER!! WORST HAIR CUT ! I brought a picture, Why I am not sure. My hair looks nothing like the picture. I thought she was kidding when she told me to look at my hair. It looked like I had a box on my head! I have a space in the back of my head ! Fantastic Sams would have been better, at least I would not be out $45.00!!

Love This Place! – I've been going to Bennie and Friends for the last 3 years and couldn't be happier. Melissa is my (and my husband's) stylist. cb This salon is top notch if you want exceptional service. Price is, in my opinion, reasonable, service is excellent, and they will give you what you ask for. Ask for Michelle, (my stylist for four years now) you won't be disappointed!

overpriced for louisville? Where people have stated that Bennie charges too much for the Louisville area, because it's not a big city is ridiculous. we are a big city... I think the 15th largeswt in the US... And growing., His prices may be high, but then you don't belong in a salon of that level. If you are complaining then go to fantastic sams.

The salon is lovely and convenient but after visiting a handful of times, it is clear that the talent is not evenly distributed.
