Had a not so good service done elsewhere and had a lot of questions about it. Staff here was super informative and answered all the questions I had. They were able to fix my hair and were incredibly friendly. Can’t recommend enough

the stylist i originally booked with had an unexpected situation come up but the team at the salon quickly stepped in to problem solve and i felt really taken care of from start to finish. i ended up getting my hair cut by Britt and you can really tell how passionate she is about her craft and her salon. this is the best haircut i've had in a long time and i'll definitely be back!

I visited hair by banks and co last Thursday to get a haircut and bangs. While the stylist seemed nice, I was disappointed when I got home and the curls she put in my hair came out. I noticed that my hair was uneven, with one side significantly longer than the other. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch it until after I left. I expected better attention to detail and won’t be returning."
