Tried to return an unopened, unused purchase from the day before and was told that not only would I not be refunded but I couldn’t get a store credit either. There is absolutely no reason for such poor customer service. I was told that I could only do an even exchange for the same items, which were 2 ponytails that were not a proper color match to my hair.
