Celia has been my hairdresser for 23 years. She’s a Goddess at hair!!!! Her hands with your hair will be a blessing. She also takes care of my daughter’s hair and cut my son’s and husband’s hair for so many years. As a family we have been SO happy with her, words would not be able to describe.
