I went to this salon and paid for a specific service, but they completely ruined my hair. They left it stained and nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, they promised to follow up, but when I reached out through Instagram, I realized they had blocked me. It’s honestly horrible how unprofessional and dishonest they are. Their advertising is also misleading. I’m glad I saw their ad again to leave this review because no one else should go through this.

Called for last minute haircut today and they were able to accommodate me!! Ms. Gizelle did all the work!!! She was able to achieve the length and style of hair I wanted. This is my first time to this Beauty Salon and they were all so welcoming!! I will definitely go back here for my hair treatment!!!! They deserve a 5 review!!! Thank you!! Very satisfied customer here.
