I needed a hair cut and wash quite quickly & stumbled upon this salon. Took a risk as I hadn’t been before but I was pleasantly surprised of what I left with. One of the girls there, Renee, had given me exactly what I asked for & cared enough to ask questions to make sure she hit the brief. My hair stayed looking great even to the next day (rare). I have rebooked now for the 3rd time and I will most likely keep returning. Prices are great and they do a fantastic job!
Very disappointing experience. Took ages to book appointment (VM and emails were not responded for long). Went in for a hair cut and blow dry, showed a pic on how I wanted it done but the hair cut was nowhere close to the pic. I was charged nearly $30 for treatment without consultation and only got to know when checking out. Hair was dry and rough and didn't feel like any treatment was done. Hair dresser did styling that did not last even for 2 hours. Overall, I was charged nearly $200 for nothing.
I had a really difficult time booking in an appointment with them! MAJOR RED FLAG! I asked to book me and my little brother in for a haircut, they asked me in for a deposit for it. I was happy to do so, so I asked them if they had PayID or a bank account I could transfer the money to. They directly asked me for my card no, expiry date along with my CVV number so that they could do the payment themselves.
