My mom and I had the most amazing experience today at Hair Antics. Tracy Millican is an extraordinary talented hair colorist, cut, and stylist. I have never ever had a better experience at any top Salon in RI or Florida. Tracy's professionalism is exceptional and she is an artist with a pair of scissors and her coloring skills are equal to Van Gogh!
