Do not let Anya touch your hair. She is an imposter. She claims to be a colorist with many years experience but she is a fake. She gave me hot roots making me look like Ronald McDonald then she claimed to correct it but only made it worse. She also took it upon herself to hack my hair off leaving the back 6 inches longer than the front. Do not let her fool you. She does not take any pride in her work and will not accept accountability.
DO NOT GO TO ARSELI. SHE STOOD ME UP. I sat at the salon for 15 minutes and someone finally came up to me and told me she was out of town. The woman even mentioned that Arseli had told her about me and my appointment, which means she absolutely knew she was standing me up and didn't care. How people act like this and stay in business I'll never know. On top of that her work was average at best, the only reason I came back a second time is because it was relatively inexpensive.
