If I could give her a zero I would. Went to get my nails for my bday got them on the 12 they stared to fall off on the 16. The waiting time is 1 hour just to go to get them fix all of them left up from the bottom never again.

Okay so price wise this places is excellent! But the staff really doesn't care to make you wait just because. I went this morning to get a refill and I Got longh (not sure how to write her name) she seemed unwilling to help and left my nails very very thick and I asked for snowflakes they are not pretty! If you want pretty nails you have to get sung. She does excellent job and takes her time. Also be willing to wait over 3 hrs at times. They do get busy.
