I have a big meeting tomorrow, and could not make it to my usual lady before closing, so I looked up the closest and went here for my eyebrow and lip wax. I usually pay $11 for both and have for years, I expected slightly more but not too much. The lady was friendly, however, when I went to pay and was charged $30, I was a little upset. I used to LOVE hair and body works. I noticed after coming in the last time, something has changed. The prices are way too high and ever since the salon for new owners it went downhill. Find a classier salon and one who actually has decent prices
