was terribly disappointed when my appointment was cancelled less than 4 hours from when the service was to be given. The owner Dineen was not concerned in the least at the inconvenience and felt no compensation should be made. The last time I checked the customer should be the priority and when it is the business fault after a confirmation was made that they cannot honor the appointment everything should be done to rectify the issue and appease the customer. I will not ever make another appointment there.
Got my hair cut, root touch up/highlighted and styled!!!! Absolutely amazing job so beautiful! ♡ My hair looks great she is amazing! Got my hair done again by Sammy Lynn she is amazing....fantastic job! All the girls are fantastic, sweet and very professional (Sammy Lyn, Krista, Kirsten, Rebecca, Heather and Alli)!!! Thank you ladies!!!
