I was recently in to get ANC and I am in love!!! Elizabeth was amazing! She was very professional and so sweet!!! My nails look great! She was very careful and took her time to make sure my nails were PERFECT! Will never go anywhere else!

I've been going to Hair & Body Essentials regularly since 2010 for cut and color/highlights. Always happy with the results. The woman who work here are a pleasure to spend 2hrs every few weeks with. They also receive regular professional training and are up to date on new techniques and styles.
Had my eyebrows and chin waxed by Chelsa and they came out great! She was very thorough, will be requesting her from now on!
I thought this place was going to be really nice and well maintained. I was wrong. The entryway and waiting area was. That's it. The hair section was falling apart and dirty. The ceiling tiles had water stains on them. The woman who did my hair never swept up from the client she had before and I was wearing a maxi dress that swept the floor for her, so I had hair all over the bottom of my dress and feet. She also never even greeted herself but she was nice and did a great job on my hair.
Always enjoy my pedicures and manicures here. Elisabeth does a wonderful job.
I was denied service because I brought my 3 year old with me. I have never heard of this rule in a hair salon especially since the last two times I brought her with me. Highly disappointed in the customer service and the way we were treated. Mothers beware, I was told absolutely no kids and in fact they must be at least 12 years old. They lost me as a customer for sure.
I have received many facials and massages here so I thought I would try a pedicure...I was not disappointed! The girl did a great job! She admitted that she's very OCD about doing nails and she didn't lie! I'm so happy I found someone that actually cares about making the customer happy. Highly recommend Colleen! I will definitely be returning!
Use to be a good place to go for waxing. Over the past year / year and a half it's gone downhill. Well I went Monday for my brows and the girl burned my skin so bad. It's now Wednesday and I have tiny blisters and its still red. I honestly think this is going to scar. And to think they raised their prices from $15 to $17. Ridiculous. I will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know not to go either.
