Absolutely horrible! Rude and disrespectful they make jokes on orphan children claiming "to run and scream" from them. Absolutely unprofessional.
My husband and Myself love Ida at Hair Affair. We're Snowbirds and this was our first whole season in Arizona. Ida always cuts our hair exactly how we like it and I always get compliments on her work.
