My daughter cane in for a partial highlight. It took almost 4 hours. It appeared that she did not know what she was doing. We called th next day bc her hair was orange! The not so polite owner had her come In and have someone different try and fix it. 2 days later my daughter washed her hair and whatever they did turned it bright orange! It was awful.
