Sean is fantastic and really knows his stuff. I bought my home last November and hired Haining to set up my swamp cooler in May. He was able to show us how to use the wall control, etc., since we weren’t familiar with it. I hired them again to winterize the unit last week, Sean came out again. Hopefully he’ll be available in May 2026! Excellent service…made a lifetime customer out of me.

Look no further! Outstanding customer service and quick response. Lucas and Justin went above and beyond to fix our system. I was treated fairly and they recommended an additional fix that would help the overall system and it wasn't crazy expensive. Look no further! This company is great!

My mom struggles with vascular dementia. She felt a draft. She did what she would have done forever ago before the deminished capacity of reason. Called the HVAC people. Turns out it was her swamp cooler. Dude came out. I get it. Mom complained that there was a draft coming from the swamp cooler. The service tech charged her 89 dollars for the call And.. opened the vents wider.. and turned the swamperdown. But.. idk. Maybe assess the situation and call the shop to see if maybe . 40 bucks was cool? Idk. All I can say is good ... read more
