SCAM ALERT! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I came here to get new certificates for my diamonds and gold, but instead, I paid $100 to be humiliated and disrespected. They issued a certificate claiming my 18K white gold was 14K, which is completely inaccurate and unacceptable. Their evaluations can’t be trusted. Wow. Cleanest, nicest jewelry store I've ever been in. I only had a watch battery change, and importantly, that can waste an hour or more. Not with these guys. I called, they answered their phone (unlike some others), were very helpful. I walked in. Was offered water, was helped immediately, even though they were busy and the battery was changed in just minutes while I waited. They also were very polite. Great experience.
