Superb service! My mower suddenly lost power in peak mowing season leaving me in a tight spot. Jonathan came out with Hailey's remote service, so I didn't have to get the mower to them, and expertly found my issue. He had me up and running so I barely missed a mow. Terrific service and result; won't hesitate to call on Hailey's again!
The local team was fantastic to deal with. I am hoping the service group is as good as the sales team. The prices were also fair.
