Evan was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to negotiate a great deal for us and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated his honesty and customer service. We would certainly recommend Evan to anyone looking to buy equipment at Haley’s Outdoor.
I’ve had excellent dealings with the guys at Hailey. Several repair jobs done which were timely AND affordable, AKA Fair and pretty quick getting my equipment back. Then I made a mower purchase with Zack and Evan and was completely satisfied. Good deal on the mower, very efficient on the buying, financing and free delivery process!!! Excellent review from me!!!
I called them on a Monday with an issue on my mower, and even though they were about to close, they quickly scheduled me for an on-site visit that Wednesday. The technician called the very next day and tried to make it out, but got tied up. The following day he showed up, spent time troubleshooting, and when it wouldn’t crank, he decided to take it back to the shop since I had already tried the usual fixes myself. Amazing costumer service!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely buy from them again! I've now bought from both Haileys Appliance and Haileys Outdoor and their customer service is top notch!! Prices are competitive and their products are great quality!
Their customer service is excellent. They helped with a warranty repair and showed great kindness in doing so. I highly recommend Hailey's.
