I purchased a 2025 CK3520 from Hailey’s Outdoors in Lynchburg last summer. It came with the front end loader, and I added a backhoe attachment, and bought several other attachments while i was there, including adding the 3rd function to the front, and a grapple. The manager, Zach Davis, was excellent to work with, patient, professional, he offered suggestions without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. Customer service is top level. The quality of the work is also the best. I have been so impressed with two different occasions over the last several years. They are attentive to my wants, then deliver the results, and communicate appropriately. The customer engagement is always positive and thorough. I am a small business owner in the service industry, and I know what it takes to put a team together, and deliver consistent results.
Highly recommend Hailey's! I was looking to upgrade my old mower and Zach and his team are very knowledgeable and helped make sure I got the right one. They went above and beyond by making an adjustment so that my new Husqvarna worked perfectly for my needs. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great people. Great prices. The sales experience was ideal. No push to buy whatsoever. Their sales person, Even in my case, simply showed and explained all the mowers and options to consider. He gave me all the time I needed, and more, to make my decision. By 'and more' I mean I left the shop after two hours and then called with a couple more questions - - and never was there any pressure, just answers. The team is very attentive and knowledgeable. I was looking to upgrade my Z-turn mower and Zach knew information off the top of his head about what o was looking at elsewhere and what they could offer. Very honest about all of it. Highly recommend!!!
