Dr Artz hand her front office have a Lott to be desired. You call and when you wait 25 minutes hold and when you bring it up she say she berating her staff. it her staff 3 days to get a referral sent then she blames that on because it is the holidays. Also when you meet her make sure you are aware she is completely covered up so you only see her. Just look at other reviews. She and her front office staff have more excuses than answers!
Dr. Artz has been so supportive and helpful! She listens, incredibly brilliant, and best of all she has wonderful bedside manners. I feel at ease after my appointments with Dr. Artz. The entire team is great!! I appreciate how kind and thoughtful the scheduling coordinators at the office are as well! Very pleased
